All orders are shipped worldwide from our international fulfillment center.
U.S. orders are typically delivered within up to 8 days via express courier (UPS or DHL).
For all destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — this means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier before delivery.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, it will not be refunded.
We are working toward offering Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options in the future through regional fulfillment centers.
Returns:
U.S. customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
