Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ship orders within 1 business day, but some orders may require slightly longer depending on order size and seasonal influences.

All orders are shipped worldwide from our international fulfillment center. We ship worldwide.

We currently aim to deliver globally within 7 days via express courier (UPS, DHL, or FedEx).

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For all destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — this means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier before delivery.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, it will not be refunded.
We are working toward offering Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options in the future through regional fulfillment centers.
