Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • United States (Standard): up to 8 business days, typically 4-5
  • International: delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.

Duties & Taxes
All international orders — including those to the United States — are currently shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

  • United States: All orders are shipped DDU. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes upon arrival. Import duties for apparel typically range from 16–50%, depending on the product category and origin. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are payable directly to the carrier (DHL or UPS) before your order is released for delivery.
  • New Zealand, Singapore & Hong Kong: Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — duties and taxes are prepaid.
  • EU, UK, Australia, and most other destinations: Orders are shipped DDU, and customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

We are working toward offering Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping for U.S., E.U., and UK customers once our fulfillment centers become operational. This will allow duties and taxes to be collected at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.

Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Refused or unclaimed shipments are considered abandoned once returned to customs or the carrier.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. If your tracking information shows no updates after 10 business days, please contact us at support@studiodefaux.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a suitable resolution in the form of store credit or a replacement.
